cup Chopped Cilantro

Large Thinly Sliced, Red Pepper

  • 1 In a large bowl combinepeanut butter, vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, salt, & hot sauce. Stir in cabbage, cilantro, red pepper, & scallions. Refrigerate 1 hour.
  • 2 Lightly brwn seasame seeds 3-4 mins.
  • 3 Sprinkle coleslaw with toasted seeds..
