cups Shredded green and/or purple cabbage

cup Chopped Cilantro

Large Thinly Sliced, Red Pepper

tablespoons Seasame Seeds
  1. In a large bowl combinepeanut butter, vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, salt, & hot sauce. Stir in cabbage, cilantro, red pepper, & scallions. Refrigerate 1 hour.
  2. Lightly brwn seasame seeds 3-4 mins.
  3. Sprinkle coleslaw with toasted seeds..
