Dust off that pizzelle iron and get cracking! Light, crispy pizzelles are seconds away with this easy batter.

This recipe was wonderful! The Husband was very happy how the Pizzelle's turned out! He said they were close to how his Grandmother used to make!

This is a wonderful Pizzelle recipe! I have increased the vanilla in the recipe though to 2 teaspoons, we like the vanilla overtone that the extra gives them. I will use this recipe all the time now, it is just like the "old time" cookies my grandmother made.

They sound delicious but I was a little confused by the direction on the butter which said melted and cooked. I believe it was a 'typo' and should have said 'cooled'. I make pizzelles quite often and am definitely going to try this recipe.

They were very tasty, but, as you bakers know, when it is humid they don''t come really crisp. I am going to do them again right now......I just know they are going to be the best ever.....
