Pizza Rolls Kabobs

Ingredients

  • 24 bamboo or wooden skewers (4 to 6 inch)
  • 24 Totino's™ Pizza Rolls™ frozen cheese or pepperoni pizza snacks
  • 1/2 medium red or green bell pepper, cut into 8 pieces
  • 8 small fresh button mushrooms
  • 8 canned pineapple chunks, drained
  • 8 medium pimiento-stuffed olives
  • 1 small zucchini, halved lengthwise, each half cut into eight 1/2-inch slices
  • 3 tablespoons Italian or French dressing
  • 1 jar (14 oz) pizza sauce, heated until warm

    Soak skewers in water at least 15 minutes; drain.

    Meanwhile, place pizza snacks on microwavable plate. Microwave uncovered on High 30 to 40 seconds or until thawed. Set aside.

    Heat oven to 425°F. On each skewer, thread 1 pizza snack and your choice of two other items. Brush vegetables with dressing; place on cookie sheet.

    Bake 7 to 9 minutes, turning once, until pizza snacks are hot and vegetables are crisp-tender.

    Serve kabobs with warm sauce.

  • Mix up the choices! Try pineapple and green bell pepper with a pepperoni pizza snack for a Hawaiian kabob, or zucchini and an olive with a cheese pizza snack for an Italian kabob.
  • Assemble the kabobs and store covered in refrigerator. Just before serving, brush with dressing; bake as directed.
