These are an extremely easy appetizer to make and great for even picky eaters that like to stick with the basics. If you have more then two people you should make two batches or make a second appetizer cause it is not filling enough. Also, I would make sure you have plenty of the fillings on the edges of your rectangle or the end pieces will turn out plain.
