Made this for dinner tonight. My fiance is gonna be blown away. This is an okay recipe as written....but if you REALLY want a good version of this, you HAVE to have 1 and 1/2 cans of the pizza sauce. Otherwise, it'll be way too dry.

This was a quick and easy recipe. I added 1 - 8oz. can of tomato sauce cause it looked a little dry. It is a good recipe to use for leftover sausages when I get a big pack. I also cooked mine at 350 so the noodles would not burn or dry out. I will be making this again!

I'm not sure what I did wrong but this wasn't as good as I was expecting it to be. I made half with pepperoni and half with Canadian bacon. My husband said that the pepperoni made it too spicy and that's his favorite pizza. I thought it was too dry and needed more sauce. It didn't plate that well from the casserole dish either and I'm all about the plating. I used a baguette and made some crunchy bread slices to go with it; that was good and cheesy.

I also cooked it at 350 and it came out great. The only thing I will change is to add a little extra sauce next time. Great for get-togethers or potlucks.

Comfort food! Great for a buffet style dinner party. (I didn't heat the oven to 425 degrees because of the glass baking dish). 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes is about right for our oven. Great taste, colorful and easy.
