cup Original Bisquick® mix

cup shredded white Cheddar cheese (4 oz)

cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4 oz)

cup chopped pistachio nuts

tablespoon Dijon mustard
1
teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

eggs
Salt and pepper to taste
  1. Heat oven to 400°F. Lightly spray cookie sheet with cooking spray.
  2. In large bowl, stir together all ingredients. Roll into 1-inch balls, and place on cookie sheet.
  3. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Serve immediately.
