The classic Bisquick mix appetizer recipe gets a delicious update with the addition of white cheddar, pistachios and Dijon mustard. Keep the flavor theme going by serving with your favorite mustard varieties as dips.

Ingredients

cup Original Bisquick™ mix
1
cup shredded white Cheddar cheese (4 oz)
1
cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4 oz)
1
cup chopped pistachio nuts
1
tablespoon Dijon mustard
1
teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2
eggs
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  • 1 Heat oven to 400°F. Lightly spray cookie sheet with cooking spray.
  • 2 In large bowl, stir together all ingredients. Roll into 1-inch balls, and place on cookie sheet.
  • 3 Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Serve immediately.

Expert Tips

Add a handful of chopped dried cranberries to the mix for a sweet and colorful addition.

Serve with your favorite mustards as dipping sauces.
