YUM! Such a nice, light dessert! Perfect for a hot day! I used raspberry lemonade concentrate and I used more than what it called for. When I tasted it, I just felt like it needed more. So instead of using half of the 12oz cntainer, I probably used about 3/4 of it. Its so easy to make! I will definitely make again and maybe experiment with different juice concentrates!

I experimented and replaced half the vanilla ice cream with strawberry (both lowfat) and added some sliced strawberries in before freezing. My family really likes it both ways, but they are big fans of fruity lemonades. I am going to try a raspberry one next. Thank you for such a simple and tasty summer dessert that gave me the chance to add my own flair!
