Very good. Easy to make!! Instead of the glaze I added more crushed nuts to the top before baking to give it more texture. Less sugar, plus I wanted to skip the corn syrup.

One of the best quick breads! Moist and delicious. I gave out mini loaves as gifts, rave reviews from everyone. Definitely a recipe to be made over and over again.

I just made this the other day-very good!!! I doubled the recipe to make 2 loaves. I used an entire 20 oz can of crushed pineapple with the juice. I will definitely make again.

Made this for first time today it is very good left the glaze off. Very moist delicious will make again. I think the pineapple and the spices helps the flavor and to keep the moisture.

I just love this! I tried it twice already, minus the glaze, but it went well. The second time, I doubled the amount of pineapple and it was even a bigger hit! So big-a-hit that my hubby ate a whole loaf!

Very good and a nice change of pace! Into my real recipe box it goes on a 3x5 card. Another keeper! Have never used pineapple in breads before but it worked well and was really good. Freezes well also.

This is the best Zucchini bread recipe ever. The combination of zucchini and pineapple makes this a very moist loaf. I did not add the walnuts or the glaze but it is delicious. I made one yesterday and it was so good that I made two more loaves today. This recipes goes into my favorites.
