  • 1 Place brown sugar in wide, shallow bowl. Wet each martini glass rim with water; dip rim into brown sugar to coat.
  • 2 Fill shaker with ice. Pour pineapple juice, rum and grenadine syrup over ice; shake well. Pour chilled martini into martini glasses.

Expert Tips

To get brown sugar to adhere better to the martini glasses, use corn syrup instead of water.

For garnish, use pineapple slices and cherries.
