Directions

  • 1 Core and slice pineapple into 3-inch pieces. Discard the core.
  • 2 Stack pineapple slices in a glass beverage dispenser.
  • 3 Slowly pour 1.75 liters of vodka into beverage dispenser, and securely close with an airtight lid.
  • 4 Keep beverage container away from sunlight, and let vodka and pineapple sit for 4-5 days.
  • 5 After 4-5 days, remove and discard the pineapple and enjoy your fresh pineapple infused vodka on ice or with a splash of club soda!
