Pineapple Glazed Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 cup canned crushed pineapple
  • 30 frozen meatballs

    Heat oven to 375°F.
  • 2
    In small bowl, mix barbecue sauce and pineapple. Place meatballs in ungreased 2-quart baking dish. Pour sauce over meatballs, then stir to coat each meatball.

    Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until meatballs are completely heated through, stirring once. Serve warm with toothpicks.

  • Use your favorite brand of frozen meatballs, or use homemade meatballs. If using meatballs that aren’t frozen, cut back on bake time.
  • Make sure you use high-quality ingredients since there are only three--the flavors will shine through!
