I actually didn't think that these different elements could jell together but my sister-in-law baked it and the contrasting taste just blended in to the bite! Yummy

I made this for breakfast at work and it was a huge hit. I had a lot of people at my desk asking for the recipe. I did make it a little bit healthier by using egg beaters and apple sauce rather than whole eggs and oil. I could not tell that there was a difference. Yummy!!!
