Box Yellow Cake Mix
3/4
Cup vegetable oil

Tsp vanilla extract

eggs
8
ounce sour cream
1
small can Crushed Pineapple ( Undrained)
Topping Ingredients
1/2
Cup Powdered Sugar
1
Large Can Crushed Pineapple
1
Small Pkg Instant Vanilla Pudding
1
8 oz Cool Whip
1
tsp Vanilla

  • 1 Mix together and Bake in a 9x13 pan sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes
  • 2 Topping: Drain PIneapple reserving juice. Add pudding mix to juice and mix until thickened. Add Powdered Sugar & Cool Whip & Vanilla. Fold in PIneapple and spread over cake while warm.
