Ingredients

1: Box Yellow Cake Mix

3/4: Cup vegetable oil

1: Tsp vanilla extract

4: eggs

8: ounce sour cream

1: small can Crushed Pineapple ( Undrained)

: Topping Ingredients

1/2: Cup Powdered Sugar

1: Large Can Crushed Pineapple

1: Small Pkg Instant Vanilla Pudding

1: 8 oz Cool Whip

1: tsp Vanilla

Directions

1 Mix together and Bake in a 9x13 pan sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes
2 Topping: Drain PIneapple reserving juice. Add pudding mix to juice and mix until thickened. Add Powdered Sugar & Cool Whip & Vanilla. Fold in PIneapple and spread over cake while warm.
