Ingredients

roma (plum) tomatoes, diced

small onion, diced

jalapeño chili, seeded and finely chopped

cup chopped fresh cilantro

tablespoons lime juice

teaspoon salt

Directions

  • 1 Mix all ingredients. Let stand at room temperature 1 hour to blend flavors. Serve with Enchiladas or Shredded Beef Chili.
