I made this for the first time yesterday and my family loved it! I omited the raisons and didn't have frozen peas so I used a can of peas and it was just as good. Will add for the next time some hot sauce and some shrip ! This recipe is a keeper!

I made this for the first time and I didn't use the peas or raisins but instead added a can of sweet white corn to it. We really enjoyed it. I cooked the sausage and chicken ahead of time and then put it in the pan with cooked rice to speed up the cooking time. We added shredded cheese to it too. Came out really good.

I cooked this dinner for my husband and we both love it. It was quick and easy and sooo delicious. I cut out the raisins, sweet peas and sausage, but it turned out great. I will definitely make this again (with the sweet peas next time).
