The flavor didn't really remind me of philly cheese steak, but the casserole was pretty good. I added a little more broth, some mushrooms, and used shredded mozarella cheese instead of cheddar. The meal turned out well, and I will most likely be serving this dish again.

My family LOVES this, we have it about 2-3 times a month! It's so easy and yummy, i add mushrooms to saute with my onions and peppers and I use 1 14.5oz can of beef broth for measuring ease. Absolutely delicious!

Overall, I thought this was a great recipe! My husband loved everything about it. It was pretty simple to prepare which is always nice. It didn't really scream "Philly Cheesesteak" to me, it was more along the lines of beef stroganoff, but good nonetheless. I mixed cheese into the sauce before I poured it in with the meat and noodles. I will probably whip this up again sometime.

This dish had lots of good flavor but was too soupy. It did thicken up after sitting on the table awhile. I think the cheese on top is not needed, it did not add to the flavor or appearance of the dish. I probably won't make this again.

A little too much prep for what was nothing more than a beef stroganoff recipe. The peppers, onion, and cheese did not make it taste like a Philly Cheese Steak at all. Not bad tasting, just not what I expected. Needs either more dijon mustard or a steak sauce to kick it up a bit.
