Really good. I cut the bisquick part in half cause I didn't want so much bread, used hamburg and mozzerella instead of swiss. Easy.

Gave this one a try for dinner tonight. It came out pretty good. I changed a couple of things..I used turkey instead of roast beef (didn't have any), and I used Monterrey Jack instead of Swiss. I plan on trying again with the roast beef and adding provolone and perhaps some green chili..yumm. I would also cut back on the Bisquick.
