Super easy to make up, even for a beginner. I did use chicken instead of turkey, but it still tasted great. I even used a basil pesto recipe from this site instead of buying it.

This dish is also wonderful with country sausage and canned diced tomatoes instead of turkey and roasted peppers. I usually make garlic bread with it which compliments it very well. It is my husband's favorite and one the entire family enjoys! Tip: You can also buy pesto packets in the spices isle of your grocery store and follow the directions. It is much cheaper than purchasing canned pesto and takes up less room in the pantry.

This recipe was great and easy to make. So quick to put on the table. Want to try with a different meat but I am sure it will be just as great.

Really good, the family enjoyed it very much. My family isn't much for different flavors like pestos but they loved it. I recommend this for anyone looking for easy recipe and for few ingredients to find. But I would make sure to have the recipe for a basil pesto befor going to the store and to make the pesto first then make the rest of the recipe.

I have made this several times and have enjoyed it each time. I have substituted the turkey with ham and turkey and it tastes great either way. The nice thing about this is that you can purchase a large jar of pesto and it will last forever in your fridge.
