Excellent recipe. We used a homemade pesto from our own home-grown basil. Easy, straight-forward, and different from the "everyday". We were afraid we would have to make our own potato salad to make it unique - not at all. We used the standard quart of grocery store potato salad and it was great.

I loved this pesto potato salad and i have tryed it with friends and they have asked how to make it and its easy really. It goes great with baked chicken and also with roast.
