This had good flavor but it didnt turn out how I expected, the breading didnt really crisp up or stick as well as I would have like so I pan seared it for a minute after it was done baking to make it stick a little better. Maybe the oil in the pesto was too much?

I'm a pesto lover, and this recipe does not disappoint! I was hesitant to try this because of the mayo, which I generally dislike cooking with, but the flavor of the mayo was very mild and it complimented the pesto well. I serve this over pasta with alfredo sauce.
