My family loves this recipe. I cut my chicken up into pieces and stuff shells that way. I also use a garlic parmesan sauce.

Going to try this dish using a freshly cooked rotiserie chicken (shreaded)and add the seasoning, will save baking time in the heat of summer. Will probably make a pico de guyo mixture for the pesto tomatoe topping.
