Turn English muffins quickly into tasty pizzas by adding flavors of pepperoni and cheese.
tablespoon pizza sauce
tablespoon shredded mozzarella cheese
Split the English muffin in half, using the table knife. Toast both halves in the toaster.
Top each toasted muffin half with the pizza sauce and cheese. Add the pepperoni (or ham and pineapple or veggie crumbles).
Put the microwavable paper towel on the microwavable plate. Put muffin halves on paper towel.
Microwave on High for 30 to 45 seconds or until cheese is melted. Use the pot holders to take plate out of microwave. Cool pizzas about 2 minutes before eating.
One tablespoon diced cooked ham and 1 tablespoon pineapple tidbits or1 tablespoon frozen veggie crumbles, thawed can be substituted for the pepperoni.
