My family loved this recipe. Such an easy and quick salad with lots of body. For those that don't like broccoli, I can imagine chaning that veggie to corn or asparagus.

We do this with pepperoni and a couple of strips of bacon whatever fresh vegetables are in season and tomatoes. I always have to double it to share with my nieces. They make a meal of pasta salad and assorted crackers. They also like Colby Jack or Chedar cheese grated into it. We love it because it''s quick and cool for a summer one dish meal.

Wow!! This was great and very easy!! The only thing i did different was use fresh mushrooms instead of the ones in the jar. We loved this and will make it many more times!! Thank you!!
