Because both are blood thinners as a side ecffet and both can ecffet the stomach, causing gastric bleeding and ulcers. BOTH these tablets are best taken WITH FOOD to avoid complications as much as possible.I wouldn't recommend taking aspirin and ibuprofen regularly but every now and then should be ok. As long as you have no bleeding, such as when you move your bowels and notice frank blood (new), dark blood or stomach pains.You should also ask your Doctor about this also as I don't know any of your medical history. For someone very healthy, it would not be a problem if not that often.

My family loved this recipe. Such an easy and quick salad with lots of body. For those that don't like broccoli, I can imagine chaning that veggie to corn or asparagus.

A refreshing salad even in winter. I did not have the box salad. Instead I used all individual ingredients listed and Caesar Dressing.

We do this with pepperoni and a couple of strips of bacon whatever fresh vegetables are in season and tomatoes. I always have to double it to share with my nieces. They make a meal of pasta salad and assorted crackers. They also like Colby Jack or Chedar cheese grated into it. We love it because it''s quick and cool for a summer one dish meal.
