Potatoes, peeled & quartered
  1. Put Roast in crock pot.
  2. Mix cream of mushroom soup, italian mix, oinion mix, and pepper juice together and pour over roast.
  3. add Potatoes, Carrots, and Peppers on top of roast.
  4. Cover tightly. Cook on High for 4-6 hours
