pouch Good Seasons Italian Salad Dressing & Recipe Mix

cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/4
jar Whole Pepperoncini Peppers with Juice

lbs Roast Beef
1
package Baby Carrots

Potatoes, peeled & quartered

  • 1 Put Roast in crock pot.
  • 2 Mix cream of mushroom soup, italian mix, oinion mix, and pepper juice together and pour over roast.
  • 3 add Potatoes, Carrots, and Peppers on top of roast.
  • 4 Cover tightly. Cook on High for 4-6 hours

Expert Tips

The Pepperoncinis can get spicy so add less if you would like. Serve with Rice. If you crock pot lid's fit isn't tight then cover with aluminum foil first then top with lid.
