Peppermint Whipped Cream Filling
cups whipping (heavy) cream
cup granulated or powdered sugar
teaspoon peppermint extract
to 6 drops red or green food color
Beat all ingredients in chilled large bowl with electric mixer on high speed until stiff. Fill puffs. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate up to 4 hours.
