box white cake mix
cup vegetable oil
cup water or milk
container white frosting
white chocolate peppermint hershey kisses, unwrapped
cup crushed peppermint candy canes
Heat oven to 550 degrees fahrenheit . Line 24 muffin cups with paper baking cups.
Mix cake mix, eggs, oil, and water until well blended. Add 1/2 of the crushed candy canes to the cake batter, mix until blended. Scoop cake batter into muffin cups, and change the temp of the oven to 375 degrees fahrenheit, bake as directed on the box. Cool completely, about half an hour.
Spread white frosting on cooled cupcakes. Immediately sprinkle the rest of the crushed candy canes. Add one unwrapped hershey kiss on each cupcake.
