I made the alternate Chocolate-Peppermint Bark at the bottom of the recipe. It was SO GOOD! It tastes just like any chocolate peppermint candy you would buy at the store. If you're confused about what almond bark is, it looks like a giant candy bar. You can find it in the baking aisle. It's usually higher up on the shelf. I definitely recommend trying this recipe!

This is wonderful and very easy to make. I actually did a layer of milk chocolate then the peppermint bark on top. It was very good.
