12OZ PKG white chocolate morsels

candies peppermint or spearmint unwrapped & crushed
  1. line 2 baking sheets with wax paper and set aside
  2. Melt chocolate morsels in large microwaveable bowl at 70% power for 1min stir and then continue heating at 70% another 20 seconds until morsels are smooth.
  3. Place crushed cxandy in colander. Shake colander to seperate larger pieces of candy while adding smaller pieces to melted morsels. Set larger pieces aside. Stir candy until smooth.
  4. Spread mixture evenly on baking sheet and sprinkle with larger pieces. Let stand for 1 hour . Break into pieces and storee in an airtight container at room temperature indefinitely.
