Made these for dinner with the Grilled Taco-spiced Chicken Breast, they were AWESOME. So good that my hubby asked for the whole dinner in leftovers for his lunch the next day. So easy to make too.

I made these a while ago and scored them three spoons... I made them again last month and they were awesome. I guess I just needed more practice with the recipe!

Super tasty, but I can't believe someone would need a recipe to make this! Just add the cheese and bacon to your own mashed potatoes, or the betty crocker mix, plus whatever spices you like!
