Very good. My family really enjoyed it. I used mild Italian sausage, thought it was a little to salty so added about 1 1/2 tsp. of brown sugar to sauce. I my try the sweet Italian sausage next time.

We loved this-super yummy!! My daughter and I took it with us to the beach this weekend and it was a hit.... The mozzarella cheese really does the trick!
