I have made this recipe many times. It is my family's favorite Cornbread. It is excellent with or without the pecan topping, but the Honey Butter a must to compliment this wonderful cornbread.

I am so happy I found this recipe online. I've been making it for Thanksgiving for years now and it's a big hit. I got it from one of the small supermarket recipe books (for which I need a 12-step program as I can't seem to keep from buying them)that I cannot seem to find right now. Delicious w/ and without the pecans.
