Fun to make. I used a pizza cutter to easily cut these before and immediately after baking. Also, my pecan tree trunks didn't stick so well and were popping off after baking, so a bit of the white frosting "glued" them back in place. I had trouble with melting my white vanilla chips for the frosting but the canned decorative frosting worked well. Finished with the tiny yellow star and some green sugar sprinkles, these made a beautiful addition to my holiday baked gifts. Really yummy with a cup of coffee.
