oz fresh lemon juice

oz pear liquor

oz cognac

oz calvados (apple brandy)
  1. Rim glass with sugar (optional).
  2. Using a channel knife, cut a long peel of lemon. Set aside.
  3. Juice/ream lemon.
  4. Combine lemon juice and spirits in a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice and shake.
  5. Pour into glass.
  6. Wrap lemon peel tightly around a stir stick. Over the drink, press both ends together to extract the oil. Place stick in drink and garnish with lemon spiral.
