: sugar

1/2: oz fresh lemon juice

1: oz pear liquor

1: oz cognac

1: oz calvados (apple brandy)

Directions

1 Rim glass with sugar (optional).
2 Using a channel knife, cut a long peel of lemon. Set aside.
3 Juice/ream lemon.
4 Combine lemon juice and spirits in a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice and shake.
5 Pour into glass.
6 Wrap lemon peel tightly around a stir stick. Over the drink, press both ends together to extract the oil. Place stick in drink and garnish with lemon spiral.
