EXPERT TIPS

Expert Tips

This salad is also great topped with sliced leftover turkey.

If the pears you purchase are very firm, place them in a brown bag on your counter for a day or two to ripen them.

This is the best salad recipe ever! The ingredients are perfect together, and the maple vinaigrette is delicious. My husband stated it looked like something a fancy restaurant would serve. We all thoroughly enjoyed this recipe and this will definitely be served on special occasions.

This is a great salad, and I love the dressing. I was asked to bring this for Easter, and have had a request to just bottle the dressing and hand it out for a birthday present :)
