This is the best salad recipe ever! The ingredients are perfect together, and the maple vinaigrette is delicious. My husband stated it looked like something a fancy restaurant would serve. We all thoroughly enjoyed this recipe and this will definitely be served on special occasions.

This is such a delicious salad and vinaigrette. I love maple syrup and now I make this quite often. this will be on my Easter menu as well as my every day salad. Easy, nutritious and delicious!

This salad was light and delicious. It was also inexpensive to make, as most of the ingredients are things normally kept around the house. A restaurant-quality salad on a family-friendly budget. What a winner!
