cup fat-free (skim) milk
cup cocktail peanuts
tablespoons peanut butter
pouch (7.6 oz) Yoplait® Smoothie chocolate banana
In blender, place all ingredients. Cover; blend on high speed 1 minute to 1 minute 30 seconds, stopping to scrape sides as necessary, until smooth.
Pour into 2 glasses. Serve immediately.
Any type of peanut you have in your pantry will work. Try dry roasted, unsalted or even honey roasted.
