A Note from Dr. B.:
If you don’t have time in the morning to eat your cereal in a bowl with milk, this whole-grain breakfast is a healthy, on-the-go way to begin your day. Whole grains supply fiber and B vitamins and may help to reduce the risk of heart disease.
