A super easy 2-ingredient dip served right from the yogurt cup that makes a great after school snack or breakfast on-the-go.
container (6 oz) Yoplait® Original 99% Fat Free French vanilla yogurt
tablespoons creamy peanut butter
medium apple, cored and sliced
Eat a tablespoon or two of yogurt out of the yogurt cup. Stir peanut butter in with a fork until smooth. Serve with apple slices for dipping.
Want to share? This recipe easily doubles, or triples and can be served in a bowl with a side of fresh sliced apples to serve a crowd.
For really thick peanut butter, pop it in the microwave on High for 10 to 15 seconds or until softened to make it easier to stir into the yogurt.
Sprinkle yogurt cup with cinnamon just before serving.
