Love sweet and creamy peanut butter? Try it in both a whipped cream filling that's loaded with flavor and a moist cake enrobed in creamy chocolate frosting.

This was absolutely delicious- the only change that I made was chopped walnuts instead of peanuts (walnuts are my favorite) ...fairly easy to make, and needless to say, it did not last long. :) Eaten in about 1 day. :)

I made this cake after seeing the recipe on a box 2 years ago. Peanut butter and chocolate grabbed my attention! My niece LOVES it. She was pregnant so of course I made more. I made it for her birthday and for her baby shower! I just used pink icing to decorate it and it matched perfectly with her pink and brown theme. It was a hit. It's a little tricky icing it with the silk filling but if you refridgerate it for about an hour or more after you have torted and filled it, the filling will stiffen and it is a lot easier. Also, if your cakeshave a dome on the top, it is best to cut the domed portions off to stack the layers flat.

Not much of a fan of peanut butter but I decided to give this a try. My husband is less of a peanut butter fan but when we realized how much extra peanut butter we has laying around we gave it a shot. My husband is a cheese cake fanatic and for him to eat cake it has to be out of this world. He couldn't believe how good this cake tasted and refused to throw away the extra filling we had!

I found this recipe early 12/10 and decided to make it for my husband's Christmas bday - didn't get to do it. Then meant to make it for my son's bday in Feb.- no go either! Finally made it this weekend for Mother's Day. What a hit! My layers are not lovely but who cares since the flavor is out of this world. Some guests even had it for breakfast this morning. I did use cool whip instead of whipped cream and it turned out great. Awesome cake - worth the little bit of extra effort.

I love this cake! I made it portable by making it in a 9X13X2 pan. I made the cake according to the recipe. After baking I poked holes all over the top of the cake with a meat fork. I made the brown sugar, peanut butter, whipped cream mixture according to the recipe and poured it over the warm cake . I let that cool for several hours then microwaved the canned frosting for 10 seconds to soften it then frosted the cake. You have to be careful spreading this over the peanut butter layer. So delicious and moist!

Awesome!!! This cake is to die for, especially for the Peanut Butter lover. It is very rich, (a good way to get your family to drink milk). My family (all of them) has asked me to make this cake for every Sunday family dinner. This is the first time I have made something from this web site. I will definately be making more.
