Ingredients

cup butter, softened

cup creamy peanut butter
3/4
cup granulated sugar
3/4
cup packed brown sugar

eggs
1
teaspoon vanilla

cups Original Bisquick® mix
1 3/4
cups granola cereal
1
cup milk chocolate chips
1
cup coarsely chopped pecans

Directions

  • 1 Heat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, mix butter, peanut butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla with spoon. Stir in remaining ingredients. On ungreased cookie sheet, drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart.
  • 2 Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until edges are light golden brown (do not overbake). Cool 3 minutes; remove from cookie sheet to cooling rack.

Sorry, but I didn't like these at all. The texture was weird and they didn't taste that great. I think I'll stick to my regular choco. chip recipe. :(
