Make cupcakes that are the peanuttiest! Peanut butter is in the cake and frosting; crunchy peanuts top all.

these are delicious. however i read the recipe wrong, I thought it said 24 mini cupcakes. So i ended up with 72 cupcakes. still delicious.

Super easy! Tried this tonight and instead of chocolate frosting I used vanilla and it tasted perfect. Rich, creamy, and moist. Grab the milk, you'll definitely need it!

I just made these...they are wonderful! My four boys (husband and three sons) thought they were FAB! I added chocolate pudding to the cake mix and used crushed peanut butter candy cups to decorate the frosting. I did not add peanut butter to the frosting because I wanted the peanut butter in the cake mix to be a surprise. I have already been asked to make them again for this Sunday's dinner :-)

I made these for the girls basketball team. They could not wait until they were completely cooled before they dug in. At the next game, all of the other moms said they heard about my peanut butter cupcakes and asked for the recipe. The girls loved them!!

We did things a little different with the toppings. I didn't put peanutbutter in the frosting, I did not want to dirty another bowl so I spread a thin layer of peanutbutter on the cupcake then put the chocolate frosting on top. Also we decided not to use chopped peanuts on top, we used crumbled Peanutbutter cups instead, just like somebody mentioned to do, it was a nice touch. They turned out so good. Enjoy them, they are so rich and so yummy. And I agree on needing a big glass of milk on the side ;)
