These were SPECTACULAR!!! We all had trouble holding ourselves back at 2 bars! Everyone went back for seconds. There were 4 gluten eaters among those served and they couldn't stop talking about how delicious this was. The store was out of caramels, so, I had to use caramel ice cream topping which worked fine. I put it in the freezer for about 15 min to set the caramel. This is so good - I'm going to be making it again and again! It is definitely a sugar high, so make sure you have a big glass of milk near by! Thanks for the fantastic recipe! Cookies, chocolate, caramel and peanut butter - such a great combination!
