ounces sweetened condensed milk

ounces peanut butter chips

cup sifted powdered sugar

cups dry roasted peanuts
  1. Cookie Dough: Sift together flour, salt, and baking powder; set aside. Cream shortening, 1/2 cup of peanut butter, and sugars; beat in vanilla and egg. Stir in flour mixture; blend well.
  2. Lightly coat a cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Press cookie dough onto bottom of prepared pan with floured hands.
  3. Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over dough. Drizzle sweetened condensed milk over chips. Top with peanuts and peanut butter chips. Press down firmly with a fork.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until edges are firm. Cool.
  5. Beat together remaining peanut butter, powdered sugar, and 1 tablespoon of milk. Add additional milk, 1 teaspoon at at time, to make of drizzling consistency. Drizzle over cookies.
  6. Cut into bars. Store in refridgerator.
