LOVE LOVE LOVE these bars!! The cookie is definitely crumbly (not doughy) as it should be. NO typical gluten-free aftertaste whatsoever & Not overly sweet. I made these for family and they were gone in minutes. Most of my family made comments like ..."this tastes WAY too good to be gluten-free." Thank you Betty Crocker for being a mainstream company who supports gluten-free products! TIP: Add slightly more butter than the recipe calls for as the dough has a much drier consistency than typical cookie dough.

I have made these for my volleyball and cheerleading teams several times and the girls LOVE them! They are a little crumbly, so I had some extra peanut butter to help them stay together a little better.

These were extremely easy to make. I actually melted the butter to make them less crumbly, which seemed to work out. The bars were enjoyed by the gluten free and wheat-eaters.

I added a bit of oil to the recipe because the other review said that they were a bit dry and crumbly. I also used products that contained gluten because nobody in my family has an intolerance. The bars came out great, but I needed to leave them in the convection oven for longer than the suggested time. They were a big hit and they were really easy to make. I will probably make them again.

These were a bit crumbly/dry, BUT my family gobbled them up! We did not have frosting....we did not need it! They were great, ready to make them again!
