This one requires a little more measuring but is WELL worth it. I find that other GF cookies are more on the crumbly side but these are JUST like the ones I made when I was a kid. Taste and texture the same. Could eat a whole tray of em at once!! I was out of the Bisquick and used Pamela's baking/pancake mix instead.

These were delicious! I made these for a Gluten Free friend, but the taste is not compromized! Definitely a recipe to try if gluten is your foe. I only wish the Gluten Free Bisquick box was bigger (and cheaper!).

These are great and I used the Sugar Cookie mix because of allergies although i am not sure this mix actually contains nuts. Sold at a school fund raiser bake sale and my own grandchldren bought them because they loved them so much!

These are awesome. We are new to gluten free and I was so glad to find Bisquick and this recipe. My six yr old daughter loves them and so do the rest of us. Very easy to make and taste just as good if not better than the others.

We made these last night and they came out yummy!! I think I would add even more peanut butter next time. But all in all a good cookie that even the gluten eating members of the family enjoyed.
